While living in Switzerland, Nella worked in restaurants and as an au pair before stepping into a host and chef role with Quarterdeck. It was there that she refined the hospitality skills, adaptability, and confidence that naturally led her into the world of yacht charters. Over the past four years, Nella has cooked aboard sailing yachts throughout Europe, developing a reputation for beautifully presented cuisine, thoughtful menu planning, and attentive guest service.
