Sport has been a defining part of Ruby's life and has shaped much of who she is today. Having competed at county and national level across multiple disciplines, she developed the determination, resilience, and team mentality that she now brings to life onboard. Whether climbing mountains, tackling endurance challenges, or taking on the UK's Three Peaks, Ruby thrives when pushing herself beyond her comfort zone and embracing the next challenge.
