Maxim Krejsa
Captain
Captain Maxim Krejsa Originally from the Netherlands, Captain Maxim Krejsa has felt at home on the water from an early age. His passion for boating led him to study Nautical Business Management before beginning his career in the superyacht industry, working in yacht sales. It wasn't long before he realized his true calling wasn't selling yachts—it was taking them to sea. Since transitioning into professional yachting, Maxim has built extensive charter experience throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, sailing destinations from the islands of Croatia and Greece to the turquoise waters of the Virgin Islands. Along the way, he has logged more than 5,000 nautical miles while developing a reputation for creating relaxed, memorable experiences tailored to each guest. An avid kitesurfer and wingfoiler, Maxim has also captained dedicated kitesurfing charters, combining sailing with days spent chasing the best wind and exploring secluded locations accessible only by boat. He also enjoys fishing and loves sharing the excitement of trolling between islands or dropping a line from a peaceful anchorage whenever conditions are right. Whether mixing cocktails at sunset, discovering an empty beach, or adjusting the day's itinerary to make the most of perfect weather or an unexpected adventure, Maxim believes the best charter experiences are often the unplanned ones. His calm professionalism, adventurous spirit, and genuine enthusiasm for life on the water help guests relax, explore, and create lasting memories.
Zoë Meyer
Chef/First Mate
Chef Zoë Meyer Chef Zoë Meyer's journey into yachting began with her passion for food, hospitality, and travel. After completing her professional culinary training, she gained valuable experience in a variety of restaurants, including high-end culinary establishments, where she developed a strong foundation in professional cooking and presentation. Her culinary journey later took her to Australia, where working in the restaurant industry introduced her to new ingredients, international influences, and diverse styles of cuisine. Today, those experiences inspire Zoë's approach in the galley. She enjoys creating fresh, vibrant dishes that reflect the destinations she has explored while making the most of locally sourced ingredients. Rather than specializing in a single style of cuisine, she blends flavors and techniques from around the world, thoughtfully tailoring every menu to the tastes and preferences of her guests. Whether preparing a relaxed lunch after a morning on the water or an elegant dinner beneath the stars, Zoë believes exceptional food should be one of the highlights of every charter. Outside the galley, Zoë enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and has a passion for surfing, skiing, hiking, yoga, and Pilates. Exploring new destinations, discovering local markets, and experiencing regional cuisine continue to inspire both her cooking and her approach to hospitality. She brings that same curiosity, creativity, and warm personality onboard, helping create memorable experiences both around the table and throughout every guest's time at sea.
