JEWEL spends the summer and winter season in US Virgin Islands. She was constructed by the renowned boatbuilder Fountaine Pajot in 2023. The expansive yacht layout features 4 generous cabins and easily accommodates up to 8 guests.

JEWEL is presented primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is expansive, with a comfortable dining and seating area and that's where the guests spend most of their time. The tastefully decorated cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. The cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. Multiple portholes supply a sunny feeling, with the option for darkness and privacy.

extraordinary sailing holidays. With an impressive past in sailing, Wim has successfully guided several athletes to the Olympic Games.
Wim's passion for sailing drives him to inspire others and share his love for the sport. Together with his wife, Griet, and crew, he continues
his passion for sailing and sense of hospitality.

Chef Karel Henderieckx:
Karel is a talented and passionate young chef with an impressive culinary track record. As a young twenty-something, Karel started training
with several star chefs such as Nick Bril (The Jane) and Sergio Herman (Le Pristine), and until recently, was the chef of an Antwerp culinary
hotspot (Osaka). As a young chef, he enjoys showing his gift for innovation and has a passion for fine dining. With his father and mother,
who already have experience in the charter world, he is charting a new course as a team member of their crew.

First Mate/Stewardess, Griet Vanderick:
Griet is an enthusiastic hobby chef with a passion for taste and sailing. Her creativity and attention to detail ensure high quality on board. As
her husband Wim's First Mate on deck, she represents the perfect combination of precision and comfort. Her ability to keep an overview
makes Griet and Wim a dynamic duo, where hospitality and culinary pampering go hand in hand.

You can dine in your t-shirt and shorts yet you will be served like royalty. Dinner begins with either a soup or salad and is served with fresh breads, fresh vegetables, and a selection of beverages. The entrée is followed by dessert and cordials on deck. After dinner, your captain will meet with you to plan your next day’s itinerary.
