As of June 1, 2020, the US Virgin Islands have reopen the charter market. Since then, the USVI has overtaken the BVI in terms of charter volume. These yachts are confirmed to be legal to perform charters in American waters and are available for USVI only charters (as well as BVI charters once they open).
