Josh's greatest strength on charter is his ability to read what guests want — whether that's an exhilarating sail, a secluded anchorage, or a perfectly planned day ashore. His experience across more than 20 charter seasons means he handles everything quietly in the background, so guests never have to think about anything except enjoying themselves.

As a PADI Divemaster, keen watersports enthusiast, and drone pilot, Josh loves sharing his passions with guests — whether that's snorkelling a hidden reef, setting up the foils, or capturing stunning aerial footage of your time onboard.

Italian-born and classically trained, Stefano brings a Michelin-star pedigree and decades of fine dining excellence to every meal he creates — from lazy breakfast spreads to elegant multi-course dinners under the stars.

His culinary journey has taken him through some of Europe's most prestigious kitchens , including a Michelin-starred restaurant on London's Pollen Street, a 16 Gault Millau establishment in Zürich, and most recently as Head Chef aboard the iconic 260m Ritz-Carlton Yacht , giving him an effortless ability to tailor menus to any guest preference, dietary requirement, or occasion.

Stefano's food is rooted in Italian tradition but elevated by French technique and a genuine passion for innovation. Every dish is prepared with precision and care, using the finest local produce sourced fresh at each port of call. Whether guests are craving a relaxed Mediterranean feast, a lavish tasting menu, or a personalised dish they've been dreaming about, Stefano makes it happen with quiet confidence and artistry.

Raised in a seafaring family, his father spent over 30 years with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary and the Sultan of Oman's Royal Yachts; the ocean has always been part of his DNA. Now carving out his own career on the water, Piers is already proving himself as a capable and dedicated member of any yacht crew.

Currently based aboard a Sunreef 80, Piers knows this platform well and will ensure guests feel completely at home from the moment they step aboard. Whether he's handling lines in a busy marina, launching the tender for a beach excursion, or keeping the deck immaculate throughout your charter, he takes quiet pride in making everything look effortless.

A natural team player, honed through competitive university rugby and years of managing high-pressure events at a Premiership stadium, Piers is attentive, hardworking, and always one step ahead of what guests might need. His warm, personable manner makes him a genuine pleasure to have around.

A PADI-certified diver and watersports enthusiast, Piers loves helping guests get the most out of every anchorage and adventure the itinerary has to offer.

American-born with a Master's degree and a natural flair for hospitality, she brings warmth, creativity, and genuine care to every guest experience — whether that's a perfectly crafted cocktail at sunset, an elegant tablescape for a dinner under the stars, or a spontaneous beach picnic in a hidden cove.

With several seasons of Mediterranean and Caribbean charter experience under her belt — including time aboard a Sunreef catamaran — Nicole knows exactly what it takes to keep guests happy from morning coffee to nightcap. She has a gift for anticipating needs before guests even realise they have them, and her background organising activities, Scotch tastings, and curated shore excursions means every day feels effortlessly special.

A certified sommelier (WSET 1, Christie Norman Wine Certification) and accomplished bartender, Nicole takes real pride in her food and beverage service expect creative daily cocktail specials, thoughtful wine pairings, and menus tailored to each guest's tastes.

Off duty, Nicole is a fellow adventurer, passionate about watersports, hiking, rock climbing, and exploring local food and wine scenes, making her as easy to be around as she is professional on charter.
