Mackenzie Needham is a third generation Shelter Island local that specializes in both sail and power yacht charter. For nearly 50 years her family has owned and operated Coecles Harbor Marina & Boatyard on Shelter Island. There she worked on the dock from 12-24 years old. From 2015-2017 she was Dock Manager and oversaw several dockhands. With growing up in a family business she has a great sense of service - going above and beyond for her colleagues and clients will always be a priority.
She was captain of her sailing team at University of Rhode Island as a Skipper and led her team to Nationals every year.
Another passion of Mackenzie's is catering to people through her love of cooking food. Her speciality is making sure everyone enjoys what is on the table no matter the dietary restrictions, allergies and preferences. She is beyond grateful to work with clients everyday who become her friends and a strong part of her growing network.
