APRICITY Yacht Description

Apricity is a 2023 Bali 4.6.
The Bali 4.6 design is a stand out among her peers. The design naturally lets in ventilation and an abundance of light, this being the very definition of the OpenSpace concept. The Bali 4.6 boasts delightful seating where well-being and comfort are the order of the day.

Bali catamarans are known and appreciated for their unparalleled success in blending luxury, space, and performance, producing a sailing experience that is unparalleled. This new design further capitalizes on that reputation with the advent of the "Bali garage door," which is the centerpiece of the yacht. It allows for the aft wall of the yacht to simply disappear, opening up the back of the yacht to an unobstructed view of paradise. This also affords indoor/outdoor dining options and gives the ever-present Caribbean breeze ample opportunity to make its way through the yacht with ease.

With her solid foredeck gone are the forward trampolines, replaced by a large relaxing lounge area complete with cushions for sunbathing. A full-sized door provides access directly from the lounge area into the salon, allowing free movement through the yacht. A walk up to the flybridge unveils a seating area perfect for cocktails and taking in sunsets. There is also another area for sunbathing on the flybridge, where you can take in the sights of the islands from the highest vantage point on the yacht.

The Bali open space design is further complimented by the superior outfit and aftermarket items available on Apricity. No detail has been left unnoticed, from the fine linens, pillows, and throws to the wine glasses, serving and flatware that make every day feel luxurious. She has been stocked full with every appliance and kitchen accessory to allow the chef to fully showcase the mastery of their art.
And the water toys abound, allowing guests to fully experience all the Caribbean has to offer, both in and out of the water.

Apricity will accommodate 8 charter guests in 2 spacious queen cabins and 1 additional queen cabin that shares space with twin bunk beds. That space can be used for luggage storage in the case of 6 guests or provides a shared cabin for parents and small children. She has a hard top, solar panels, air conditioning, a water maker, ice maker, full-sized refrigerator, a fully customizable menu, Caribbean-made eco-friendly and reef-safe toiletries, a bar stocked to guest preference, coffee/espresso machine, snorkeling gear, underwater scooters, subwing, wakeboard, water skis, stand up paddle boards, towable water tube, 10 ft. floating dock, pool noodles, fishing gear, board and card games, a television in the salon, Fusion 3 Bluetooth enabled sound system and Apricity giveaways.

Offered by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht APRICITY is a 47 ft sailing catamaran. The most attractive features of APRICITY are her most appealing features and interconnection with the sea. APRICITY spends the summer and winter season in US Virgin Islands. She was completed by the ship builder Bali Catamarans in 2023. The spacious yacht layout features 4 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.

APRICITY is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and usually it is where you, as a charter guest, spend most of your time. The immersive cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Multiple portholes add to the feeling of connection with the discovered environment.

CAPTAIN
William Turner

William was born and raised in Bermuda. He started sailing at a young age whilst also enjoying rugby, swimming, cliff jumping and wakeboarding. William began as a Dinghy Instructor who taught sailing for five years during the Summer seasons in Bermuda, coaching students from 4 to 60 years old on a range of dinghy sizes.
When William went to the University of Sussex in the UK, he studied for a Bachelor's in Marketing and Management. He also obtained a Sports Scholarship for sailing at university whilst he trained and raced on a high-performance sailing boat called "49er".
He is a keen sportsman and has represented Bermuda at the Junior level Rugby competitions on multiple occasions. He has also represented Bermuda in the SSL Gold Cup where he raced top sailors from around the world.
He has crossed the Atlantic twice, the Mediterranean once, and has worked as a Watch Leader which holds high responsibility for the vessel and the crew throughout the ocean passages.
Since graduating from university three years ago, William has been living on sailboats, building a strong offshore sailing background with a huge sense of Apricity adventure. William is sociable, funny, professional, and passionate about sailing, and is always eager to share what he knows about yachting.

CHEF
Kylie Parrish

Meet Kylie, a California native with an unbreakable bond with the water and a deep love for culinary arts. Growing up visiting lakes throughout the state, boats became her second home, while her mother's homemade meals kindled a culinary passion. This love for food and exploration led her to Spain during her college years, where she not only absorbed the rich culture but also embarked on her first formal culinary course.
After college, Kylie initially started her career in commercial real estate in NYC but felt the call for change. In 2022, she embraced her Croatian roots and started her yacht chef career in the Mediterranean. This not only satisfied her love for the sea but also allowed her to explore her culinary talents.
Kylie's voyage extended beyond cooking. She transitioned into an instructor role, sharing her culinary wisdom with aspiring chefs, from provisioning to the art of plating. Her galley became a classroom as she taught the intricacies of baking onboard a yacht.
Recently, Kylie enriched her skills through a highly accredited Yacht Chef course. Her journey as a chef remains ever-evolving, driven by her dedication to fresh ingredients, homemade craftsmanship, and an insatiable appetite for learning. With a fusion of global inspiration and culinary artistry, Kylie's culinary journey unfolds with each new creation.
