Location
Green Cay Marina is a wonderful and fully equipped marina located on the north shore of St Croix island, E of the town of Christiansted. This protected spot is found right opposite Green Cay island and is part of Tamarind Reef Resort. To the NE visitors will find Buck Island National Park, one of the most popular attractions for snorkelling.
Navigation
The marina offers good protection for vessels and is one of the preferred options in the area. Watch out for shoal waters off Fort Louise Augusta Pt. Narrow entrance into the channel that should not be attempted during the night. Best to contact staff ahead for available spots due to popularity. More than 154 berths are available for recreational and long term boaters.
General Information
This is one of the best areas to stay for amenities and provisioning. Yacht charters will have access to showers and toilets, water and fuel. There are also laundry facilities. You will find plenty of great bars and restaurants to relax in after a day spent at sea. For further exploration, transportation to the other towns of the island can be arranged. A great spot for longer vessels and long term stays that is conveniently located with access to the main centres. The daily rate for the marina is $2.50/ft.
